If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $65/reservation with a tank of propane included. Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance. * PARKING: HOA allows max 5 cars per home. Parking is not allowed on the grass or the streets. Please use the overflow parking lots. Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted. * Trash pickup Trash must be bagged. Bagged trash must be left at the porch in/around the brown bin, NOT ON THE STREET OR ON THE GRASS ( HOA will impose a fine of $100/day if trash is left on the grass or on the street). Trash is only picked up once a day. Please put trash out early in the morning. * Some furniture may subject to change. SELF-CATERING INFORMATION: • All accommodations are self-catering. Each home offers a fully equipped kitchen including a full-size Refrigerator, Stove Top/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Dryer, Drinking Cups and Glasses, Dishware, Flatware, Cookware and Dining Utensils.
