Marshside! A peaceful escape in Garden City Beach! A 2BR, 1 BA 1st floor marsh view condo for 4-5 guests. Linens & Towels provided! (Folded on bed) Just bring Beach towels, bathing suits, food and paper goods. The well-equipped kitchen, laundry in unit, pool and jacuzzi, and the beach just a 3 minute stroll away, is everything you need to have a wonderful vacation! Open the double sliders to the screened in balcony to expand your living area and enjoy the lovely views of the inlet. No pets! The space The condo unit is on the quiet end of the building, not above the pool, which makes a more peaceful experience. It is on the 1st floor directly opposite the stairway for easy coming and going. The master bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed. Unpack your bags in the closet and chest of drawers, and make yourself at home. In the second bedroom, guests drift to sleep in the full-size bed w/bunk and find ample storage space in the chest of drawers. Watch TV if you wish. The beautiful Garden City Pier is just a 3 minute walk away! Find a variety of local shops and cafés within easy walking distance. Eat like a local at Sam’s Corner (2-minute walk), home of the foot-long corn dog. Or treat yourself to seafood and steak at Conch Cafe, a beachfront eatery just 1 mile away or Sara J's just a short walk on the causeway bridge away. Catch nightly live music at the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk (a 10-minute drive), or visit Huntington Beach State Park just 7 miles south, and check out the secluded beaches, picturesque marshland, and historic mansion. After a fun-filled beach day, return home to unwind in your spacious marsh-view condo. Kick back on the comfy living room sofa and settle in for a movie on the smart TV. Other things to note Pool is closed in winter. Opens in April. Absolutely NO PETS. Only one parking space per unit between Memorial Day and Labor day! Parking areas are for automobiles only. No golf carts, boats, or trailers are permitted in the parking areas between the Friday before Memorial Day and Labor Day – NO EXCEPTIONS. Do not park on grass or in unmarked space or block other vehicles. Towing of unauthorized vehicles and improperly parked vehicles is strictly enforced at all times during the year. Vehicles without an official sticker or placard will be towed.
