Dream Cottage

Our Dream Cottage is an old wooden house, which was generally and meticulously renovated in 2020. The cottage is surrounded by a large fenced plot, which is partially landscaped. The plot has a separate fireplace along with a barbecue. The living room is connected to a spacious terrace with garden furniture. This is an ideal place for meals and evening feasts. The space Inside there are 3 bedrooms (each with a double bed), 2 bathrooms, living room, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room. In addition, we offer a recreation room (we call it "office" because we worked remotely there). High-speed internet allows you to hold video conferences (or watch movies from streaming platforms:)). Our cottage is heated exclusively with a wood fireplace (adequate and dry wood provided for guests and included in the rental price). Fireplace heating is distributed throughout the house, which provides warmth even on cold days. Other things to note What you will do. Our Dream Cottage is located on the edge of the White Forest and offers something "dreamlike" for everyone. First of all, chill out in the middle of a pine forest, with birds singing during the day and watching flying bats at dusk. A 5-minute walk will take you to the heart of the White Forest with its many hiking trails, which, depending on the season, offers the fruits of the forest such as berries, blackberries and, of course, in the latter part of the summer and early autumn, the immensity of mushrooms. Along the way you will meet herds of deer and roe deer. 5 km from our Cottage is the village of Dlugosiodlo where a new (and not crowded) outdoor swimming pool is available in the summer season. In Dlugosiodlo there is a beautifully maintained open-air museum with a salt brine graduation tower open to the public. For the active, there is a power of bicycle trails, which you can use to go to the Narew River. Fishing enthusiasts will find several fishing grounds available in the area. What you will eat A fully equipped kitchen will enable you to prepare your meals. In addition, a barbecue and a fireplace are available. Within a few minutes' walk you will do your shopping at a local store. 5 km from our Cottage in Dlugosiodlo you will find a selection of local stores and one chain market. We cycle to Dlugosiodlo in the morning to the bakery for fresh bread, and on hot days for local ice cream. The biggest shopping "attraction" is the market (every Wednesday) where you stock up on products from local producers - vegetables/fruits, cured meats, fish, dairy products and honey.
