Your family will be close to everything when you live in this centrally located semi-detached house. You can leave the car and walk to both shopping, slopes, and restaurants. The cottage, with its 135 sqm, is perfect for 3 families, as there is one bedroom per floor (+ double room on the ground floor). Here is a sauna, washing machine, and barbecue for the sunny days on the terrace. Welcome! The space The semi-detached house consists of 135 sqm. spread over three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms - a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds (one of which is a double bed) - as well as a bathroom with sauna. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and living room, a bedroom with two bunk beds (one of which is a small double bed), and a bathroom with a shower. In the hallway there is also a drying cabinet and plenty of room for ski boots and helmets. There is room for 11-12 people around the dining table. Upstairs there is a smaller TV room and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. Please note that the stairs up to the upper floor are steep and not suitable for small children. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, as well as various kitchen appliances. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace, from which there is a fantastic view of the slopes at Gustavtorvet. Barbecue is available by appointment. Guest access Left side of the semi-detached house (seen from the road). It is a detached cottage on three floors with two entrances. Other things to note We provide towels, dish towels and bed linen, so you don't have to worry about it. At the latest the day before arrival, please inform us how you will be distributed in the bedrooms so that we can prepare for your arrival. Please note that it is not ski-in/ski-out, where you can ski to/from the cabin, but rather a short walk up to the Gustav Expressen. If the snow allows, you can be lucky to ski home :-)
