Perfect for a small family vacation. This 3 bedroom cottage is larger inside than it may appear. The pool, the fishing pier on the lake, and the beautiful views are its best amenities. The porch is the ideal place to just relax and unwind while you take in the gorgeous view of the lake. The pool area is only a few steps from the porch. The living room offers plenty of space with comfortable furniture. Full kitchen with all appliances. Sleeps about 6. Pull out bed in livingroom. You will need to climb a set of stairs to enter the house. There are two downstairs bedrooms. One has a small pull out sofa good for a child or smaller person to sleep. One room is upstairs in the loft. There’s a sofa seat that pulls out to a twin bed in the living room. The pool house, right outside, has two extra restrooms you’re welcome to use anytime. Please be sure to observe the rules of the community pool. Pets are allowed, we understand that they’re part of the family. We do charge a fee of $50 per pet. We ask that you please do NOT let pets on the furniture or linens. We use white linens and have microfiber furniture that is very difficult and time consuming for us to clean pet hair out of. You’re free to enjoy the community pool a few steps from the porch. Guests are also free to enjoy the fishing pier, where a huge 35lb catfish was recently caught by a guest (check pictures). Please don’t park in the grass. Please be considerate of the residents. Beautiful Bayshore park is across the street from the entry gate. I live very close by. You will not need to interact with me, it’s 100% easy self check in and check out. If you do happen to need anything (like dishsoap for example) or if we may have forgot to stock a necessity, feel free to contact me and I can usually get it taken care of for you right away. This is a very safe, very quiet, small gated community. Please be respectful and considerate of the full time residence. Very quiet and peaceful Private gated neighborhood with less than 30 homes. Please only park in the designated drive way. No more than two vehicles per visit please.
