Your sunny lakeside vacation home - come on out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. The space In the living room, we have prepared a cozy place for you on the sofa. You can read a book, dream, listen to your music via Bluetooth or watch TV. The kitchenette invites you to prepare meals. For this purpose, we have provided a stove with oven, a toaster, dishes for 4 people, pots, bowls and a pan. The pretty pink refrigerator will gladly and safely store the food you brought with you. Maybe you'll put some delicious ice cream in the freezer? ;) The dining area with 4 chairs is spacious and open. An infrared heater as a picture heats the room a little and also looks very chic. Washing up? Yeah, sure. No problem, we have a dishwasher here. The pretty new bathroom has a great shower with shower curtain. Of course, it is freshly washed for every guest! (...I know exactly that you just asked yourself that!...) Toilet and sink, you have everything you need. We'll be happy to provide you with towels and shower towels. ... And then comes the night and you sleep comfortably in the bedroom in soft pillows and blankets in your cozy bed with 1.60 m width and dream of the next breakfast on the terrace, the sunrise on the lake, stand up paddling, kayaking (see rental price). So off we go... for breakfast on the wonderful terrace to the south side. It is covered and slightly higher, just like the house. It's sunny, just as the name of the house promised and soooo cozy! The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder. Only for our guests - wonderful, the fresh water of Lake Semlin awaits you! Maybe you have reserved one of our bicycles or brought your bicycle with you, then dream your way through the Havelland, because here it is so beautiful, you will not want to leave. ... And if you've always been looking for a place where you can reach for the stars, then you've come to the right place! Welcome to the STERNENPARK WESTHAVELLAND, because we have officially been the first star park in Germany since February 12, 2014, named by the International Dark-Sky Association! Our starry sky is the oldest cultural heritage of mankind and here with us you can be very close to it. Lie down on your terrace by the house, on the meadow or on the jetty down at the lake. And then look at it, this sky above you, countless stars, leave time and space behind you and the sky seems to reveal all its secrets just for you. You can even see the Milky Way. You will be amazed.
