The main living areas feel open and airy, offering comfortable seating and a large TV for relaxed evenings together. Downstairs, a 1,100 square foot game room adds energy to the stay with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade games, and bar-style seating - a natural hub for friendly competition or casual downtime. Sleeping arrangements The home offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms for up to 24 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find two king master suites, each with a private en suite bathroom. This level also includes two bunk rooms. One bunk room features a queen over queen bunk, a twin bunk, and a twin trundle. The second bunk room has two sets of twin bunks and a twin trundle. Two additional full bathrooms serve this floor. Upstairs, there is a king master suite with an en suite bathroom, along with another king bedroom that uses a hall bathroom. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and a full sleeper sofa. Outdoor living A private pool offers a refreshing break from the beach, with pool heating available by request for an additional fee. The balcony provides a Gulf view and space to enjoy the coastal air, while easy beach access means you can reach the shoreline without crossing roads. Holiday Isle Beach Access: The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Other things to note Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines. - All guests staying at an 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro (Portoro Homes) are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration. - Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age. - All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing. - Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. Only dogs are permitted in “Pet-Friendly” Property listings. Allowed number of dogs will be expressly stated in the listing and a $150.00 fee per animal/pet is required. Animals/pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises unless prior approval is obtained. Use at your own risk. - If the Property includes an on-site pool that offers optional heating, you may request that the pool be heated for the duration of your reservation dates at an additional nightly fee of $75.00. - Please note: Pool heat is seasonal and only available for request October - May. - Events and Parties Prohibited Per local HOA guidelines and restrictions, this property is not available for events and/or parties (i.e., weddings, reunions). Unauthorized events/parties may result in fines or fees by the HOA and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the guest. Non-compliance may additionally result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Weather/Travel: Guest booking in seasons when weather conditions may affect their decision to travel understand they are choosing to do so in full knowledge of the season and agree that last minute requests to cancel or attempts to change stay/reservation dates in these seasons are not honored and no refund or reimbursement applies. 850 Vacation Rentals by Portoro encourages guests to consider available 3rd party travel insurance options for their stays if this is a concern.
