"Ar Y Tonnau - On The Waves" 🌊 High up overlooking the sea, a charming unique penthouse apartment with stunning views over the Menai Straights & Anglesey. You will have an ever changing sea view, with boats often coming & going into harbour. This is a quiet retreat, the perfect place to relax & unwind...suitable for couple's & small families. Nb. not suitable for parties, a maximum of 6 people, guests are asked to keep noise levels to a minimum especially after 10pm. Diolch/Thank you! The space My place sleeps 4/5 people comfortably - 6 at a push... Once inside the property all rooms are on one level, the entrance/hallway leads to 2 small (some might say cosy!) sized bedrooms, 1 has a king size bed, the other a has a bunk bed (great fun for kids but equally fine for grown-ups if they don't mind climbing up to bed!) And 1 small bathroom with twin steam power shower. This leads to the spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining space, with a sliding glass door to let the fresh breeze in on a hot day! It has a fully equipped kitchen & dining table which opens out to comfortably seat 4-6 people. There are two sitting areas with sea views so you can sit & read undisturbed whilst others are watching TV round the corner! There is a 2 seater sofa, swivel chair, beanbag, L-Shaped sofa (which pulls out to be a double bed) & 2 poang style chairs, so there's plenty of seating! For entertainment there's a 55" 4K smart TV (with Netflix access) & DVD player, a large bookcase containing books, games & DVD's... & has panoramic windows showcasing the magnificent sea views. This space is all about the view and the south facing position often means glorious sunshine during the day & stunning sunsets at night! (It's even awesome during a storm!) The decor throughout is a fusion of modern & bohemian styles... & lots of plants! 🪴 Guest access Guests get the use of the entire apartment. Other things to note Non wheelchair friendly: The apartment is located on the top (2nd) floor & doesn't have a lift, so unfortunately cannot offer wheelchair access. Pets: Your furry friends are welcome as long as they are quiet well behaved & hypoallergenic (non & minimal moulting only please). They are NOT permitted on the furniture, so please bring a dog bed for them as needed. Please note that there are permanent residents with dogs in the building so must be kept on a lead in public spaces & in the marina grounds at all times. Thank you for your understanding 😊 Parking: There's free parking - these are non designated - so please park in any parking bay near the property. Outside space: Unfortunately being on the top floor, there is no garden or patio area at the property, the photos ive added are of the grounds which you are free to walk in & explore, but playing ballgames etc is not permitted due to marina rules. Also available for guest use:: Iron & board, books & games, dvd's, dolce gusto coffee machine (I provide a few pods to get you going!) Washing machine, high chair, fold away cot (for babies up to 12-18 months approx), hairdryer, aromatherapy oil diffuser. Polite notices & house rules: * This property is for a maximum of 6 guests (no extra guests permitted during stay) * Strickly no smoking in the apartment * There is a strict no party rule * This apartment block is occupied by permanent residents, so noise is to be kept to a minimum especially after 10pm * The marina is closely monitored by 24/7 CCTV
