Get away from modern life in one of Marvig’s oldest cottages. Beautifully restored one-bedroom cottage with big garden running down to the loch. It’s the ideal place to escape! Marvig is one of Lewis’s hidden gems, quiet, with eagles circling overhead, and wonderful sunsets. Everyone who stays, loves our cottage. The space When you go in there is a fully equipped kitchen to your left, a toilet and shower room, and to your right a double height sitting room with open fires in both kitchen and living room. The open plan bedroom is accessed by a staircase from the living room. Guest access There is a parking space outside the gate. Guests have full access to the extensive garden, including the herb garden. There are outside benches and a fire pit. Other things to note Our broadband signal is very poor. And there is no mobile signal in the cottage. At the gate there is a 4G signal. Speeds of up to 70 mg are available on the far side of Calbost under the mast! There is a sound system with CD player and radio tuner.
