Welcome to Sandy Pants! This "oh-so comfortable and sweet" family home is sure to become "yours" on Sunset Beach. Located on the west end of the island, 5 blocks from Bird Island access, this wonderful cottage has great central living and outdoor spaces for all to gather, share stories. Sleeps 8-9 comfortably with 4 bedrooms: 2 Queen and 2 Double room (1 Queen shares a jack n jill bath with 1 Double) (1 Qn master shares a jack n jill bath with 2 Double Beds) The space Located 14th row, in a quiet neighborhood of locals, the front screened in porch and expansive upper deck in the back, creates wonderful go to places for heart to hearts or alone time. The large shaded area underneath & carport, provides plenty of space for large water toys and includes a laundry room, outdoor shower and changing area. Umbrella's, wagon, beach chairs and beach towels are provided, so you can hit the beach when you arrive without a whole lot of housekeeping prep! Inside, we've dressed the beds and provided bath and kitchen towels too, as well as all necessary soaps, shampoos, conditioners, kitchen & cleaning fluids and paper goods - well, enough paper goods to get you through a night or two! Other things to note Due to liability and safety concerns, we have a minimum age requirement of 23 to rent this home.
