Three state parks and a state marina are within 30 minutes. A short drive to Greek Peak Ski Resort with an all-season indoor water park. A 12-minute drive to Cornell University and a 15-minute drive to downtown Ithaca or Cayuga Lake. There will be an Ithaca Farmers' Market on Saturdays and Sundays. The space Split-level home on a quiet street. 3 bedroom 1 full bathroom house with Wi-Fi. A large rebuilt front and back deck. Extensive private backyard garden with outdoor furniture, charcoal grill, and a fire pit. Parking space for two cars. Inside, enjoy the open floor plan including a new kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and a full-size refrigerator, refinished hardwood floors throughout the living room and dining room, a dining room table with 6 comfortable seats, and a living room with a new 55-inch TV (Roku and HDMI cord included). Downstairs offers a laundry area equipped with a new washer and dryer. Upstairs has 3 spacious bedrooms with new mattresses (Sealy) and 1 full bath with a new bathtub and a rain shower. This house sleeps six people with a king-size bed and two queen-size beds. Guest access The house offers a keyless entry so it can be accessed 24/7. The combination code will be changed for each visitor. The house is a split-level structure. Enter the house from the main door. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are on the left. The laundry room is down the stairs to the right, and three bedrooms are up the stairs. Our guests will enjoy unfettered access to the house's kitchen, living-dining room, and three bedrooms, plus a bathroom and the backyard. The washer and dryer are provided free, but the basement, garage, and downstairs toilet are not included. We have a gas heater system but not central air conditioning since it is rarely needed. We provide several fans. The house previously had a cat. We conducted deep cleanings but there could be dander residues downstairs. Please be aware if you have cat allergies. No pets and no smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigars, weed, vape, etc) to respect owner and future guest allergies. Due to past guests ignoring this rule, if pets are brought to our house or have more people than allowed without being approved, there will be a $300 fine. We take this seriously to help our guests feel safe at all times. Other things to note We have a gas heater system but not central air conditioning since it is rarely needed. We provide several fans. The front and the back entrance have a few stair steps. That said, the house is not strictly ADA compliant. There are currently no cribs or child seats in the house. There is a city drain next to our driveway, please be careful not to drive into the ditch. No parties, animals, visitors, or smoking of any kind. Please do not set up tents in the backyard. Please park in the driveway and not along the road. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood and have quiet hours between 9 pm - 8 am. We like our neighbors and ask guests to respect them.
