Fredericktown Cabin in the Woods

The home is located 55 miles north of Columbus by Knox Lake. This home is close to ArielFoundation Park, Mohican State Park, Mid-Ohio Racing, Kenyon College, Mt. Vernon Nazarene University, and Apple Valley Golf Course and Mansfield Good place for family and friends to fish. There is a Splash Pad in town for children. In Mount Vernon, 15minutes away there is Hiawatha Waterpark. There is a fee. Family Reunions are Welcome. Great place to get away, read a book, sit by a fire and relax The space The home is nestled in the woods by Knox Lake. There are 3bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa and 2bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you are going to need including a keurig coffee maker. There are two TVs within the cabin. Large deck with propane grill and plenty of seating. Out in the yard there is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and seating is provided along with extra wood. We do have (2) security cameras; one at the entrance of our home that is adjacent to a public street. The second one is towards the parking area/driveway that is adjacent to the same public street. This is for safety and security purposes. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property. Access to the lake down the hill from the home for fishing. Owners are three miles away if anything is needed. Other things to note 1. Must be 25years to reserved 2. Positive review history 3. Maximum of 8 persons 4. There is a sofa bed in the living room 5. No pets and No smoking in the home
