This beautifully located, detached vacation home has a living area of about 80 sqm and is located on a property of about 400 sqm directly on the outer canal of the vacation park (not a Centerpark, but quiet and natural). Thanks to the hedge that separates the property from the neighbors, you can enjoy a very private holiday in the garden. The southwest-facing terraces offer ample space for relaxing hours in the sun and fun barbecue evenings. The space Ground floor The living area downstairs combines living and dining room with the kitchen. Equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows, the living area offers a beautiful view of the green garden and directly onto the canal with water access. Modernly equipped, the living room has a smart TV with Internet TV and Netflix access. In the dining area, there is a large oak table with 6 chairs, which can be extended to include a high chair for children on request. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses and cutlery as well as complete cookware. The kitchen also offers a dishwasher, gas stove, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and blender. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and bathtub, and a separate toilet with a sink. There is also a utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine, oven, microwave and vacuum cleaner, as well as additional storage space. Upper floor: A wooden staircase leads to the three-bedroom Upper floor: In two of the three rooms are each : two beds of 200x90 cm with two chests of drawers, mirror, wardrobe, smart TV. It is possible to put the beds together to make a double bed. In the third room: there is a 90x200cm bed, which can be pulled out to double the lying area, and a dresser. Children / baby: For the safety of the staircase, a stair gate is installed and light-emitting motion detectors are installed. Play/fun: For children, an outdoor play kitchen with accessories and beach toys is available, for adults, among other things, a boules set (for more activity options, see the park description). A Weber charcoal grill is available for grilling. Other things to note We generally rent our accommodation to families and private individuals, but not for stays of fitters/youth groups, etc. Furthermore, no long-term bookings are possible (max. 3-4 weeks)
