Located in Umatilla, FL, this private guest suite is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and no shared indoor spaces. Enjoy a queen bed, private bathroom/laundry room, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, WiFi, pond, firepit and outdoor seating. No kitchen or main-house access. Best for 1-2 guests. Pets welcome. The suite is attached to our main home but has its own private entrance and is completely separate from our living area. The suite includes a comfortable queen-size bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry room with washer and dryer, TV with popular streaming services, high-speed WiFi, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. There is no full kitchen, and guests do not have access to the main house. Just outside the suite, you can relax around the firepit, enjoy the patio furniture and outdoor lighting, grill a meal, go fishing, or simply enjoy the peaceful Florida surroundings. Our pond is stocked with bass, and fishing rods are available for guest use. Kayaks and a small boat may also be available depending on weather, water level, pond conditions, maintenance, and other safety considerations. Watercraft availability cannot be guaranteed. Please remember that this is a natural Florida property. You may see birds, lizards, turtles, alligators, snakes, and occasionally other wildlife such as bears or scorpions. Never approach or feed wildlife, and please use extra caution around the pond. Ocala National Forest and Alexander Springs are just a short drive away and offer hiking, swimming, paddling, and beautiful natural scenery. Orlando, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, St. Augustine, and other Central Florida destinations also make great day trips. Golfers will find several courses nearby, making the suite a convenient home base for a golf getaway. The queen bed features a comfortable medium-firm Luxuria mattress with cooling gel memory foam. Two firm and two soft pillows are provided, along with extra blankets, linens, towels, and additional toiletries in case you forget something. Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Earlier check-in may occasionally be available upon request. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. The suite is attached to the main house but is completely separate, with no shared indoor spaces. Your private space includes the bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The suite also includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, TV, and WiFi. Guests do not have access to the kitchen or other areas of the main house. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas of the property, including the pond, firepit, patio area, and outdoor seating. Fishing rods are available, and kayaks or a small boat may be available when weather, pond conditions, water levels, and safety conditions permit. Please keep in mind that the outdoor property is part of our residence, while the indoor guest suite is exclusively yours during your stay. Other things to note Check-in begins at 2:00 PM.
