Stay in our modern farmhouse right on a vineyard in Healdsburg! Our furnished home sits in the midst of a Primitivo Zinfandel vineyard where we grow grapes for local wineries. It’s a special property - you can enjoy seeing the seasons of the vineyard against the mountains in the background! If you’re looking for a great location a short drive from Healdsburg center, it's perfect. We did a remodel last year and it's a lovely house. The space The furnished house includes a well-stocked kitchen, and a private patio and hot tub. If you want a cold plunge tub too, let me know. Our home is located a short drive from Santa Rosa airport, close to a bus stop, and an 7-minute drive to Healdsburg Plaza. Our 5 acre property has 3 residences on it. This residence is 1300+ sqft and comes with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is a freestanding home except for a few meters connected to the laundry. You have dedicated parking and windows facing the vineyard so it feels very private and it's a relaxing environment. Guest access The master suite comes with a queen bed, while the other two bedrooms come with full or double beds. All rooms are outfitted with with an office area with a desk, chair, and large monitor each. These monitors even double as TVs! The master also features a private bathroom. Outside, you can make use of three different private patios with amazing views of old redwood trees, our vineyard, and mountains in the distance! Other things to note While staying here, you’ll be near Healdsburg, where you can find some of the best cuisine in the world. Several wineries are nearby and a farmers market is available on the weekend. For medical professionals coming into the area, there are plenty of options for employment. Healdsburg Hospital, Kaiser Santa Rosa, and Sutter Santa Rosa are only a few of the hospitals and clinics in the area. You’re also close to Parkpoint Health Club and World Gym.
