Description
North Manor Farmhouse is a magnificent 15th century traditional Suffolk Farmhouse dating from 1402. From here you can explore both the coast and the countryside. Nearby on the coast is the RSPB's Minsmere Reserve adjacent to National Trust clifftop land. For beach lovers the seaside town of Southwold is well worth a visit. Other coastal towns and villages include Walberswick, Dunwich, and Aldeburgh. The nearest train station is a couple of miles away, at Halesworth. English Breakfast included. The space Old beamed farm house ,with garden , adjoined to what once was a dairy farm. Which is now an equestrian centre . The farm house has sloped ceilings in the bedrooms , and beams . Original brass and iron beds, and old marble wash stand with tea and coffee making facilities on. Guest access Guest access to bedroom,hall, guest frount room and breakfast room. And garden also large car park During your stay I live in the house so usually available if you need anything, will try to help in anyway I can . Other things to note I have two live in house cats , they do have an outside enclosure, so are outside in that some of the time . The stairs are quite steep, they do have hand rails,but may be a problem for people with knee or hip problems. See photos.
