Our 58m2 apartment is located in the Los Austrias area in Madrid. It is just 300m to the Plaza Mayor, one of the most important tourist attractions in the Spanish capital. Accommodation is available for short-term stays and requires the signing of a lease agreement. The space In a building with an elevator, the house is on the 1st floor, so you won't have to worry about the stairs. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - an open space with a lounge area with a sofa, TV and dining table - the equipped kitchen open to the living room - 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 - a full bathroom It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating by means of 2 air conditioner units with cold/heat pump in the living room and in the bedroom. In addition, there is a plug-in heater in the bathroom. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 80 liters: it is important to know that it can run out and then, there is a waiting time for it to fill it again. Restricted area by car: If you arrive by car, please take into account the new regulations in force, which requires you to park your vehicle in a parking lot unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car.
