Sea Colony has a wide variety of amenities including, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis, playgrounds, lakes for fishing/kayaking. Within walking distance to shops/restaurants/beach. Sea Colony badge fees: 01/01 to 05/07- $15, 05/08 to 06/11- $25, 06/12 to 09/17- $50, 09/18 to 09/24- $25, 09/25 to 12/31- $15. Guest badges are required for each person per stay, ages 4 and up and are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe. These badges are required for all guests and renters.
