Public boat ramp & dock is approximately 3 miles away, making a short boat ride to be able to beach your boat at the cove. No pets or smoking. Due to one guest stating only 2 people staying and then showing up with 40 plus people having some kind of reunion, is why I have to make this statement. I had to evict that person with local law enforcement and explain myself to airbnb as to why it happened. This is NOT an event/party house. This is a home with neighbors who also enjoy their quiet seclusion. The property states that 8 guests is the maximum allowed. Please be open with me as to the number of guests you plan on having stay with you. You have the entire house to yourself, located on 4 acres of land. Other things to note Upstairs is the loft with 2 futons and desk if someone needs to have a quiet place for work or read.
