Unwind in the theater-style living room, pop some popcorn, and enjoy TVs in every room. Plenty of front-yard parking—no street hassle. Perfect spot for families, Gator fans, or weekend getaways! The space Enjoy 4 inviting bedrooms—one with a luxurious California King, two with cozy queens, and one with a single twin bed. The living room futon and huge theater couch offer extra sleeping space. Guest access The front door has an automatic key pad. We will give you a door code to use during your stay. It will automatically lock after five minutes or you can press the long button to lock as well. Other things to note We have recently acquired a grill with propane. There is a fire extinguisher next to the coffee station. If you grill please be safe and take grill out of covered patio and have fire extinguisher close by. Thank you we have worked really hard in updating this house. Also the bathroom Is nice but the contractor has more to fix some minor things that will make it look so pretty 🤩
