The space Welcome to your Goan home, a two-storey 3BHK villa designed for a peaceful retreat. The bright and airy space features large jungle-facing windows, filling the home with natural light. The villa includes: Three Spacious Bedrooms (~200 sq. ft. each): Each bedroom is a private sanctuary with: King-size bed with a premium mattress Attached modern bathroom with a geyser Private balcony or terrace Air conditioning (AC) and a Smart Fan Comfortable sofa and a wardrobe Convenient USB charging points Shared Living Area: A relaxing space with a rocking chair and a bar table. Fully Functional Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals at your convenience. Power Inverter: Ensures uninterrupted comfort during your stay. Note: Due to the ongoing LPG supply situation, there may be a temporary shortage of gas at times. As a precaution, we have placed an induction stove in the kitchen for your convenience. Please feel free to use it as needed, and do let us know if you require any assistance. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 3BHK villa. You are free to make yourself at home throughout the space. Entire Villa: Full access to all three bedrooms, living areas, and the kitchen. Free Parking: A dedicated parking space is available for your vehicle on the premises. Shared Community Pool: 9:00am to 5:00pm. Closed on Sundays. A usage fee of INR 100 per person, per day applies. Swim wear is mandatory. The lifeguard reserves the right to deny access without it. Please avoid swimming in absence of a life guard as the pool is deeper than 4 feet. Right now the pool is under renovation Other things to note Services & Dining: Housekeeping: Daily cleaning is provided, except on Sundays. Linens: Changed every third day, or sooner if needed to preserve water Food: We do not serve food, but you can dine at local restaurants, order online (Zomato/Swiggy), or use the fully equipped kitchen.
