If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site. ⚠️ For stays between November and February additional charges apply for the use of gas, water and electricity. We take photos of the meter readings at check-in and check-out to prepare the final bill. Ask us for the rates. ⚠️ There is no public transport in the immediate vicinity, a car is recommended. ⚠️ For reservations of 14 days or longer, an interim cleaning including change of bed linen and towels is mandatory (€125) once every ten days. ⚠️ In the winter months, upon arrival, there is 1 net of wood ready with a content of approximately ten blocks of wood.
