"Just an Ol' Farm House"

Charming COUNTRY farm house dates back to pre-civil war times, this evident by the beautiful wood work, beautiful wide plank floors. Large yard that is perfect for the kids or dog to run & play. This house is in the perfect central location of the NY COUNRY side. THERE ARE ZERO STREET LIGHTS. We are short drive to many attractions around NY. You have the entire house to yourself & your party. We are close if you need us but we value your privacy! *Please read pet policy carefully* The space Peaceful private country surroundings, with a large yard. You can stretch out and relax. The king bed, queen bed with additional beds are all made for you prior to your arrival. If you’d like the pull out couches made please just let me know ahead. **Please be considerate of guest following you- -don’t throw your cigarette butts around the yard *Dog owners please read the pet policy* **NO CATS** *We welcome hunters as we are located to state lands* **SUPER FAST WiFi-see image for WiFi speed test results** Guest access Full access to the house and yard, will be released to guest as soon as it is ready. Typicallly between 3pm and 4pm..”Camp fires" are permitted. One tent is also permitted in the back yard. Before exploring the adjoining property please ask us about the boundaries. We want you to be able to enjoy the property, however, many people hunt on the surrounding lands. We like to keep everyone happy and safe. Other things to note Please remember check out is 10am. We allow one full size air mattress and/or one tent to placed on the property for those that like the "camping" idea. This is an old farm house-there are flies, mosquitoes, spiders etc and occasional mice! We strive to NOT have them visit you. *Hunters we have space for you to hang your deer-just let me know and we will show you where* *Dog owner please read pet policy prior to booking, feel free to ask questions* Please note that you must pick up after your dog both in the house and the yard. YOU MAY NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG ALONE IN THE HOUSE.
