Living area with bi-folding doors opening to garden views, a two seater sofa and two arm chairs, side tables. 50 inch smart HD TV with a DVD/blu-ray player, bookcase with books and DVDs. Master bedroom, king size bed with side tables, large wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom 2, two single beds with side tables, wardrobe and dressing table. Bathroom, with separate bath & shower. Outside, parking for two cars, outside tap for washing the sand off. Steps leading down to timber decked area with washing line and garden furniture.
