Our carriage house is situated behind the main house in historical down town Tipp City. This unique 1920 built home has been totally renovated while also preserving some of its most unique historical features. The space The main bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and laundry are all situated on the first floor. The second bedroom is located in the loft which requires climbing steeper than usual stairs. It should also be noted the loft features sloped ceilings which can create lower than average headroom. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and front porch. Other things to note Our limit of 4 guests is a firm rule. We exercise a zero tolerance policy for parties, gatherings, or any unregistered guests. Breaking this rule may result in immediate cancellation of reservation with no refund.
