This 3,000 sq. ft. property offers a stunning view of the Texas State Capitol and the Paramount Theatre. Winner of the 2004 AIA Award for Excellence in Design, it features reclaimed wood floors, a full chef's kitchen, a downstairs game room with pool and shuffle board tables. Please note that this loft space does not have traditional walled bedrooms.
