Beautiful period village house

300-year old house with all mod-cons and easy access to the coast (West Wittering, Chichester) and London (Waterloo station) both within an hour. The house has plenty of reception space and a large eat-in kitchen for the whole family, which opens onto two south-facing, outside dining spaces. With cottage flowers and a variety of outdoor games in the garden plus lots of walks from the house over the hills and beyond, there really is plenty for everyone. The space The main house is old with beams but is bright and airy; the kitchen extension has a vaulted ceiling and oak beams with skylights and a roof lantern. Upstairs, the bedrooms are modern cottage with new carpets. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3 in which there is a bath and shower attachment. The en-suite to the main bedroom has a modern, large glass shower unit with built-in toilet and sink in a marble topped-vanity unit. Other things to note Sorry no dogs allowed. We do have two cats who mooch around and would love a cuddle!
