Terraced house for rent in a family friendly area, just a short distance from Bryne city center. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet with friends and family. The terraced house has an outdoor area with good sun conditions. The distance to the city center is approximately 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes on foot. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, as I live here permanently and only rent out when I am away. The house is therefore furnished with private belongings, which gives an extra homey atmosphere. The space The townhouse is on 3 floors, where the 2nd floor consists of kitchen and living room. Here the sofa can be turned into an extra sleeping space. The 3rd floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The 1st floor consists of a carport, guest toilet and laundry room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire townhouse with the exception of a private storage room. Other things to note There is free parking in the neighborhood if you arrive at the place with more than one car. The house is about 1 hour away (by car) from the popular mountain hike up Preikestolen. There is also a short distance to Jærstrendene.
