Very nice 2 rooms of 80 m2 on the ground floor of our stone house on a vast plot of land planted with olive trees. Enjoy the countryside just 20 minutes from the center of Nice, 30 minutes from Monaco, car essential. Nearby villages where you will find all amenities. Animal lovers are welcome, we have 3 cats, 1 big dog and 1 small one. The space Beautiful 2 rooms of 80 m2, ground floor of independent villa in absolute quiet. The accommodation has an air-conditioned bedroom with a 180 x 190 double bed, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a large living/dining room/equipped kitchen. View of the surrounding nature. Private terrace and garden with table, sitting area and large parasol. You have direct and independent access to the 11 m x 5 m heated communal infinity pool with a salt treatment and without chlorine for sensitive skin, a heated outdoor shower is also at your disposal. You can enjoy the summer kitchen, with its pizza oven, plancha and an American fridge for ice cubes during your aperitifs. The ping pong table and the bocce court are waiting for you. We are a discreet couple and very respectful of the tranquility of our guests. Guest access fully accessible and independent accommodation, private terrace/garden, more than 1 hectare of pine and olive trees to guarantee you tranquility, free access to the communal pool and deckchairs between 8am and 11pm. A petanque court with all the equipment available and if you need players we are here. We are a quiet couple and respectful of the tranquility of our guests. Other things to note Important: We have 2 Maine Coon cats, and 1 European cat at large, also 1 very nice big dog who will be introduced to you upon arrival if you wish, but if you are afraid of dogs or cats it is best to refrain from renting.
