A renovated cozy 650sq foot furnished two bedroom ground level suite in Central Lonsdale. The suite is located on a quiet family friendly street & is only 3 blocks from cafes, restaurants, groceries and a major bus route. After a day of visiting the local mountains to explore, hike, snowshoe or ski/snowboard - it is the perfect location to come “home” to! Other things to note This suite is located in the basement of our 1926 home and therefore the ceilings are lower at approx 6’6”. Three locations that conceal ductwork and a wooden beam are less than 6’6”. The suite is not for anyone 6 feet and over due to the limitations the low ceilings provide. We are a family of four with two small children living above. When the unit is booked we try to keep noise levels down but as it is a 100 year old home sound proofing is minimal & noise does travel easily. Our busiest times that noise can be heard when we are home M-F is between 7-8am & 5:30-7:30pm. At 650 sq ft, we suggest the suite fits most comfortably 2 adults or a small young family.
