The villa consists of a large main apartment of 180 square meters , which has 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with an added single bed, a dining room with a large table and a fully equipped kitchen, a double living room with three single beds, an outdoor space with an equipped table, an outdoor shower and an outdoor laundry room in common with the two independent outbuildings. Guest access The Villa has 3 full bathrooms, air conditioning in all bedrooms. Note: The villa also includes two independent outbuildings. Some outdoor garden spaces are shared with the exception of the Villa's veranda. Outdoor showers and laundry shared with other guests in the unit. Other things to note About the Facility Villa Baia del Pizzo is a Villa with 3 outbuildings, surrounded by 4500sqm of garden. You can rent in its entirety, ideal for groups of families and friends who want to spend vacations together in respect of their privacy, with occupancy of up to 24 guests, or separately. It is divided into a Villa with sea view, Villa Salento, upstairs, with 4 bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning, triple bathrooms, double living area, kitchen with dishwasher and oven, and table for 14 guests. The Sole unit is a studio with a double bed and a single with air conditioning, bathroom and refrigerator. The dependance Mare, with 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, double bathrooms, kitchen. The Vento unit with a double bedroom and a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living kitchen, does not have air conditioning being under the windows at the top. The Villa and the three dependences have all TV, alarm system, WiFi and tables with chairs outside. All guests can take advantage of the terrace to enjoy the sunset sea view, the garden, an area with washing machine, ironing board and outdoor shower.
