You and your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Each room has a full private bathroom and plenty of storage. Two shared spacious patios can be used during the day to read, relax, enjoy a meal or plan your visit. A large lounge shared room is available. The following items are available upon request: portable fan, iron and drying rack. We don't live in the property. Assistance should be requested to the contact information provided in the room. The space The house is a vacation home with separate rooms from the main house, built on two floors. One room will be located on the first floor with access to the shared patio. Two rooms are located on the second floor, one on top of the first-floor room, and another adjacent to the main house. Both are accessible through stairs with rails. All rooms have a view to the main large patio decorated with garden-grassy areas, benches, a table with chairs, two pomegranate trees and many pots with plants. A second patio is used as a garage for ONE or TWO small cars. Guests have access to a large shared lounge room with a living room with TV, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, and a workspace. A complimentary coffee and tea service is provided. Guests should bring their food and water. There are two entrances, one to the garage door and another to the street leading to the downtown area. Visitors will have keys to the garage door, to their room, to the shared lounge room and will use a code to access the main door to the property. There are 3 cameras (with audio and speakers) overseeing the two patios and the outside main entrance. The beds are full-size and one is smaller than a single bed. Guest access Guests will have access to their room, the shared central patio, the back patio, the shared lounge room and to both entrances. Other things to note Next door to the property on the side of the garage entrance there is an Italian Restaurant, family owned with a great menu. Sometimes they have live music (also karaoke) and some nights they close at 11 pm or even later. They open at 9 am, currently closing on Wednesdays. The music could be loud, but also the sounds of a small town coming from street vendors, the church bells, or dogs and roosters doing their thing during the day. It's all part of the experience and the folklore of Tequisquiapan.
