Luxury villa with private pool

Beautiful Holiday home Korda is located in the Dubrovnik hinterland. It allows for a stay for 6+2 people. Within the house itself there is a spacious swimming pool with sea salt overlooking the nearby mountain, a large barbecue with a covered seating area, a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. The pool itself allows you to escape from everyday problems and relax with a massage. Inside the house you can enjoy free Netflix, a light that allows bluetooth connection and the possibility to enjoy different light atmospheres. The space The house has a ground floor and a first floor, of which the ground floor is rented, which has approximately 150 m2. On the first floor lives a woman who takes care of the maintenance of the house itself. The ground floor is divided into two units and offers the possibility of your own privacy, even though you are in the same place. The first unit, which we can also call the White Unit, allows three people to stay (2+1), while the second unit offers a stay for five (4+1). The space of the first unit includes a living room, kitchen and bathroom, while the second unit has all this with another additional bathroom. Both units offer large terraces with a beautiful view of the pool, but an equally beautiful view extends to the garden as well as to the mountains. Enjoyment and relaxation are also offered by the outdoor area with 8 sun loungers by the pool and a summer kitchen that allows you to prepare various barbecue specialties at any time of the day, followed by an indispensable refreshment in the pool. Guest access The house is located in Dubrovnik-Neretva County in the very south of the Republic of Croatia. Only 2 km from the house there is one of the most famous and beautiful restaurants in the region Konavoski dvori, and the equally beautiful Konoba Vinica Monković. This region offers wine roads, horse riding, buggy rides as well as the impressive Sokolo Tower. One of the most beautiful European beaches called Pasjača is only 6 km from the accommodation. It is definitely worth visiting the beach Molunat, which is 12 km away. Cavatat is 16 km away, while the charms of Dubrovnik can be felt in just 30 minutes, offering an escape from the busy and crowded city everyday life. Other things to note The specific house is the result of a great deal of effort by the whole family. A lot of love has been invested in every detail, and great care is taken of every item.
