In the living room there is a couch and love seat. You will have private and exclusive access to the entire home. No parties or events are allowed at the property by any means. The only people authorized in the property are those included in the reservation. If it is determined that a party is taking place or unauthorized people have entered the property, the booking will be cancelled immediately without refund and AirBnB will be notified regarding the breach in agreement. Pets are not permitted on this property. If it is determined that a pet or pets were on the property, the booking will be cancelled immediately without refund and AirBnB will be notified regarding the breach in agreement.
