This is a private (locking) guest room in a shared home with other Air bnb guests. This is an EFFICIENCY room and is priced accordingly. The unit features small shared kitchen which is best used for BASIC cooking, and a full bathroom. If you are someone who cooks large meals and/or requires a lot of counter/kitchen space, this arrangement might not be a good fit for you. Please note there is NOT a shared living room in this unit. The space Shared laundry is located in the basement.
