Very peaceful house in the countryside for a relaxing stay for the whole family. Pets allowed with a surcharge of €12/pet/day. From October 1 to April 30, a contribution of €20 per day for electric heating will be requested, to be paid upon arrival. Wooded and fenced garden. Ground floor: entrance, equipped kitchen (separate), 25 m2 living room with sofa bed, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 140, 1 of 90), 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilet. Floor 2: 1 attic room 1 bed of 140 and 3 beds of 90. The space A quiet little corner in the countryside in a house equipped for 2 to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds made upon arrival. Baby cot, with thick mattress (available free of charge upon reservation). Check-in (5 p.m.) and check-out (10 a.m.) times but flexible. The garden is fenced, wooded and shaded. Terrace, garden tables, garden furniture, barbecue. Free and very accessible WiFi (fiber). Presence next to alpacas, donkeys, sheep and a wide variety of poultry (turkeys, roosters, geese, chickens, ducks...). Ideal for a stopover during trips, bikers' stopover, family reunions, family meals. We are a short drive from the well-known Château de Laplaud, renowned for weddings. We are a few minutes drive from the martyr village of Oradour sur Glane. Other things to note By car, 3 minutes from the village of Oradour sur Glane, 5 minutes from St Junien, 20 minutes from Limoges, 15 minutes from Limoges/Bellegarde airport. All shops are nearby, restaurants, gastronomy, museums, etc... Feeriland is nearby.
