La Villette apartment + parking

Very nice modern and spacious apartment (72 m2), located 5 min from Parc de la Villette, Philharmonie de Paris... and 2 min from the metro (line 5). Close to the Ourc canal. It has 2 quiet bedrooms overlooking the courtyard, and a large living room with open kitchen. (Possibility to leave a mattress for 1 extra person on request) There will also be our cat watching over the house, she is very nice. (no cat this summer) The space The apartment is spacious, you have two bedrooms available with double beds. Separate bathroom and toilet. Kitchen opens to living room. Possibility of having a single mattress on request Guest access You have access to the whole place that you will have to share with our little cat, which is very cute, but it's better not to leave it in the bedrooms... There will be a small locked room that you won't be able to access. (no cat this summer)
