The house is particularly suitable for hosting 1 to 4 families in complete comfort. NO PARTIES The space Upon arrival, you enter our private and closed courtyard where you can park up to 6 cars. You are then immediately immersed in a landscaped, wooded and perfectly enclosed green setting, sheltered from view and noise. Admire the stone facade, thatched roof and south-facing wooden terrace where you can enjoy the 5 x 10 m heated pool. The interior is decorated in a style that is both modern and authentic. At the entrance, on your right, you will discover the perfectly equipped kitchen and on the left, you will enter the huge living room + cathedral dining room. You will discover a Scandinavian stove and a fireplace, calling you to beautiful moments of relaxation. 2 wings make up the 1st floor: The left wing has a 2-person bedroom, and a 4-bed dormitory as well as a mezzanine with a 2-person bed: a perfect little cocoon! There is also a large shower room and toilet. The right wing has a huge master suite with bathtub, a 2-person bedroom (+ 1 baby possibly) and a huge shower and toilet. The right wing has one more floor! Here, another large bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds. Perfect for a small family or to put the teens together. A hidden door leads to the game room and billiards. We do not allow parties and other events that may disrupt the neighborhood or compromise your safety. The house cannot accommodate more than 15 people, both at night and during the day. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and grounds. No other guests or anyone will be present during your stay. Other things to note The house can also perfectly accommodate a business seminar. In this case the living/dining room can be converted into a large meeting and presentation room. We then lend a video projector as well as a Velleda board. Noise: Although it has a large fenced garden, the house is part of a charming little hamlet in which the neighborhood values its tranquility. During the day, we ask that you keep a certain vigilance to respect it (music, shouting, singing...) At night, from 10pm to 9am, noises that may disturb the neighbors are prohibited by law. In this time slot, music or other disturbing noise is therefore prohibited.
