Sit on the patio and look at the water as the locals pass by in golf carts and give a friendly wave. The city boat ramp is 8 blocks away. We have a huge parking area for trucks and boats. It has an open floor plan and a lot of natural light. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles or a boat. A gas fire pit is in front of the unit and we provide lounge chairs for the spacious porch. Guest access The entire property. Other things to note Additional parking is available directly across the street. We provide Starlink internet, have a large collection of DVDS, and several board games. There is a hose that can be used for boat or vehicle wash. There is a charcoal grill and utensils for guest use. We do not provide charcoal.
