Many sight-seeings reachable by car or boat. Excellent position on the south side of the island of Ciovo. Clean sea beach is just 50m from the house! This is a quiet part of the island, but the central beach with many attractions during the day and at night (bars, cocktail bars and clubs) is just 1km away. There is also a wellsupplied supermarkets, pharmacy and doctor. Three beautiful town with the UNESCO World Heritage list are nearby Trogir (4 km), Sibenik (50 km) and Split (30 km). Our guests' favorite destinations for day trips are also often Krka National Park and Kornati. So, it's up to you, if you want to spend quiet days and evenings or sightseeing surrounding areas and islands. The house is newly built, with a landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants. Guest access Spacious 84m2 apartment for 4-6 people, with two bedrooms, sofa in the living room for two and two bathrooms (shower, toilet and sink). The balcony is, however, the best "room" of them all - from early morning sun to evening moon shine at sea. The apartment is comfortable - WiFi internet, Sat TV, air conditioning, parking, fully equipped kitchen with big fridge, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and microwave oven. Bed linens and towels are supplied. However, please note, none of the home equipment is allowed to be taken to the beach! So, please bring your own beach towels or any other equipment you think you might need. Barbecue by main entrance is shared area among hosts and all guests. Other things to note PARKINGs are scarse in Dalmatia during summer. One parking per apartment is secured next to the house. If you are coming by two cars, please note so we can confirm if there's second parking available in the neighborhood. It could come with daily fee, PETS We are pet-owners ourself.
