2 BR House - Quiet yet close to town

Spacious 2 bedroom fully furnished home in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just outside of Pittsburgh. Sleeps 4 comfortably, 5 max. 1 queen bed, 1 full size bed, and a couch in the common room. Free access to washer/dryer. Essentials not provided (linens, toilet paper, soap, etc.) unless left by prior guest(s). No smoking; small pets are negotiable. Not fully handicapped accessible, but all living space is contained on one level. The space Our home is fully furnished and includes free access to our washer and dryer, which is on the basement level. Household essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, etc.) are provided unless left by the prior guest(s), so please plan to bring those with you. There are two bedrooms with 1 queen bed, a full size sofa bed couch, and one sofa in the common space which could sleep a 5th person if needed. In addition to the spacious common space, there is a kitchen so you can make a home cooked meal, or entertain with dinner guests with a four person card table to eat at. The home only includes 1 full bathroom. Our home is not fully handicapped accessible, although our living space is all on one level. You enter on the main level and all living space is on that one level, but you will need to navigate a few stairs to get onto the porch and into the home or if you would like to utilize laundry on the basement level. No smoking inside the residence or the basement. Small pets are negotiable and may require an additional deposit and/or cleaning fee. All the items in our home are available for you to use, but as ask that you treat them with care, clean them and put them back where you found them upon your departure.
