This accommodation has been completely refurbished and has a separate bedroom of about 10 m2, a bathroom with large shower and laundry area, a large living room and open kitchen in the fully equipped space. The large windows bring beautiful light into the accommodation. It has a 140 x 190 bed in the bedroom and 90 x 190 in the living room, a 4th extra bed on the floor. The space The accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen: oven with cooking hood, microwave, 2-burner induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge and freezer, a large table 1.60 m long, all illuminated by spotlights offering pleasant and bright light. A bedroom of about 10 m² with a 140 x 190 bed and a large closet with a hanger bar. A living room with a sofa bed with a real 190 x 90 mattress and an extra mattress directly placed on the floor of 180 x 80, allowing to accommodate a fourth person if necessary. An entrance with a large closet to store your belongings when entering the accommodation: coats and shoes will have their place. A bathroom with a large shower, sink and laundry area with washing machine, ironing board, iron and drying rack. Guest access The entire property is accessible to guests. Only a closet for storing linen and cleaning products is private. Other things to note It should be noted that the building is an old building that may have poor soundproofing. Electricity consumption of 30 kWh/day is included in the rate, which makes it possible to heat and properly enjoy the accommodation. Excesses will be charged to tenants after meter control at the end of the stay to prevent any abuse.
