Cozy Country Cottage

Three bedrooms, 1 bathroom house located about 45 miles to the beach, rather Outer Banks or Virginia Beach. We have a private pond located on one end of the property and the creek comes up to the other end. Great for launching your canoe or kayak there. Northwest River Marsh Game lands are located nearby. There will be free use of the boat ramp about half of mile away for your bigger water toys, hunting game lands and fishing. The space The house is spacious and very cozy with carpet throughout the house and linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom. Eat in kitchen has table setting for 4. Built in bar area that seats 5 for enjoyment playing games or cards.
