Two-story house, on the ground floor: two bedrooms, full bathroom, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs: three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house has a new kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender and coffee maker, as well as basic cooking utensils. The space The house consists of 5 bedrooms with double beds, two on the ground floor and three on the upper floor, one of the ground floor has a double bed and a single bed, there is a full bathroom on each floor. If you need to accommodate up to 13 people, a small additional fee will be added per extra person beyond 11. The kitchen is new with stove, microwave oven, blender, and coffee maker, plus a crockery and basic cooking utensils. There is a utility room with a washer and laundry room. It has a large backyard and garage for up to 4 cars which is sometimes shared if there are guests in another house for rent in front of this one. Guest access The entire house is accessible, only occasionally the garage is shared when we also have guests in the other house across the street, but we coordinate the use of the spaces without any problems. Other things to note You can book from 4 people up to 11, it is feasible to offer you a rate according to the number of guests, it can be up to 13 with a small extra charge for more than 11.
