See more details below... The space Located in a quiet water-front neighborhood in northern Avon, NC and just a quick walk to the beach. The locals have coined the phrase "MDNA" (most desirable northern Avon). Convenient to many local shops, restaurants, ice cream and coffee houses. This location is also convenient to spend the day fishing, kite surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or boarding a small boat. Fish and catch crabs right from our dock! Included with your stay is access to our three kayaks (one adult, two children's) and our stand-up paddle board (SUP) which can easily be launched right outside our back door. Inside the home you will find an open floor plan with renovated kitchen. New stainless steel appliances will make cooking your meals convenient, and the kitchen comes well stocked with all items you will need. The three bedrooms include two queen beds, and two single beds. Cable TV and high speed WIFI is provided and smart TVs allow access to all your streaming apps. The kids bedroom is super fun with a custom built-in bunk bed. One full bath with tub is located between the two master bedrooms. The lower level includes onsite laundry with brand new washer and dryer plus an extra refrigerator to store all your goodies. Outside you will find two large decks and our dock to view the amazing sunrises and sunsets the outer banks are known for. The lower level allows for covered parking and is convenient to the outdoor grill, outdoor shower, and fish cleaning station. The upper level decks are huge allowing for some extra living space, and is perfect for watching the sunrise to the East or sunset to the West. The views are spectacular! To make your stay more fun, access to our three kayaks (one adult, two children's) and our stand-up paddle board (SUP) are all included which can easily be launched right outside our back door. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and miscellaneous beach toys are also provided. The large community pool is just down the street and open from June-September.
