Beautiful house with an enclosed garden located 80 km west of Paris, 4 km from Maintenon and 15 km from Chartres. You will appreciate the calm, the green landscape of the Eure Valley and the few local shops. Our interior is warm and will adapt to everyone from children to adults. Enjoy your discovery. The space The ground floor of our house has, a living room with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace (it can be used as an open or closed fireplace) a TV and a sofa bed for 2 people , a dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker , toaster, kettle, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave), a bathroom - laundry room with a walk-in shower, separate toilet, washing machine , changing table and a large closet . It has access to the garage. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with 1 double bed of 140, a bathroom with a bath and toilet , two other bedrooms separated by a dressing room with in each of them a double bed of 90 and a double bed of 140. The upper sleeping area in the upstairs beds is for children. All bedding is new and of good quality . The house has on the top floor an attic mezzanine with a 140 double bed and a relaxing games area. We provide you with equipment to accommodate a baby , crib , high chair and changing table. *Other things to note: For bedding are provided: - pillows - duvets - Aèzes - Undercase - 2 bath mats - 3 tea towels - 1 sponge *Not provided: - linens - hand towels Possibility to rent in addition to sheets: €20 per double bed €10 per single bed Our garden is completely enclosed , the trees make a nice nice shade with high heat . There is a large and beautiful wooden deck with furniture to relax and have a good time . You have access to a small cottage in the garden where there are outdoor games (ball, molki) and a foosball . You can park one car in a gated garage, another in the driveway of the house and the others on the street . Parking is free and easy. Guest access We give access to the whole house, the garage and a small house in the garden. Other things to note Our house is located in a small quiet village. A bakery, butcher, pharmacy, convenience store are 1 km away on a pretty square by the Eure. We are 4 km from Maintenon train station and 1.4 km from Saint Piat train station on the Paris/Le Mans line. We are 50 minutes by train from Paris Montparnasse. From Saint-Piat station, it takes 16 minutes on foot to reach your destination. The surroundings are very green. 3 km away there is a "Naturaquatique" nautical base. You can take hot air balloon rides. Beautiful monuments to visit: the Château de Maintenon (4 km), Chartres Cathedral (15 km), the lower town, Chartres en Lumières... There is the large Aquatic center, ice rink, L'Odysée in Chartres, the Colisée new performance and sports venue in Chartres.
