Beautiful house with an enclosed garden located 80 km west of Paris, 4 km from Maintenon and 15 km from Chartres. You will appreciate the calm, the green landscape of the Eure Valley and the few local shops. Our interior is warm and will adapt to everyone from children to adults. Enjoy your discovery. The space The ground floor of our house has a living room with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace (it can be used as an open or closed fireplace), a TV and a sofa bed for 2 people, a dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave), a bathroom – laundry room with a walk-in shower, separate toilet, washing machine, changing table and a large closet. There is access to the garage. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with 1 double bed of 140, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, two other bedrooms separated by a dressing room with in each of them a loft bed of 90 and a double bed of 140. The top bunk in the upstairs beds are intended for children. All bedding is new and of good quality. The house has an attic mezzanine on the top floor with a 140 double bed and a play and relaxation area. We provide you with equipment to accommodate a baby, a baby bed, a high chair and a changing table. *Other remarks: Regarding bedding, the following are provided: - pillows - duvets - mattress protectors - pillowcase - 2 bath mats - 3 tea towels - 1 sponge *Not provided: - sheets - bath towels Possibility to rent sheets in addition: €10 per double bed €5 per single bed Our garden is completely enclosed, the trees make a nice shade that is very pleasant in the hot weather. There is a large and beautiful wooden terrace with furniture to relax and have a good time. You have access to a small house in the garden where there are outdoor games (ball, molki) and a foosball table. You can park one car in a closed garage, another in the driveway of the house and the others on the street. Parking is free and easy. Guest access We give access to the whole house, the garage and a small house in the garden. Other things to note Our house is located in a small quiet village. A bakery, butcher, pharmacy, convenience store are 1 km away on a pretty square by the Eure. We are 4 km from Maintenon train station and 1.4 km from Saint Piat train station on the Paris/Le Mans line. We are 50 minutes by train from Paris Montparnasse. From Saint-Piat station, it takes 16 minutes on foot to reach your destination. The surroundings are very green. 3 km away there is a "Naturaquatique" nautical base. You can take hot air balloon rides. Beautiful monuments to visit: the Château de Maintenon (4 km), Chartres Cathedral (15 km), the lower town, Chartres en Lumières... There is the large Aquatic center, ice rink, L'Odysée in Chartres, the Colisée new performance and sports venue in Chartres.
