Summer rentals Monday to Monday The space Inside, you will be welcomed into the expansive main floor featuring a fully stocked kitchen with a dining room for 8 guests. Experience breathtaking views from the living room and the loft area with ample seating and room to create everlasting memories. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower and soaker tub, as well as a private balcony overlooking the lake. Downstairs, you will discover the second bedroom featuring a king-size bed and attached full bathroom, as well as a third bedroom with two single beds. The spacious basement living area offers a great living room area, a queen Murphy bed, as well as Peloton equipment. The loft area offers a queen-size bed as well as two single beds with a lounge area and table for games or work. Outdoors you will enjoy the beautiful yard leading to the docks and waterfront, many balconies and seating areas with great views. Our beautiful screened-in porch features a fourth seating area and dining table, a real highlight of the property. Take advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards and explore Otter Lake. Guest access We are located at the end of a beautiful cottage lane with 3 private parking spaces. During your stay, you will have access to the entire cottage, including but not limited to an on-site washer and dryer, Peloton equipment, BBQ, kayaks and paddleboards with lifejackets (2 women's, 2 men's and 1 youth). We offer free wifi, smart TV's, heating and air conditioning. Other things to note Our cottage road (also known as Lawson Lane) is a close-knit community. Please be mindful of the road signs and speed, as this is a smaller road and our neighbours may be out enjoying their properties. Feel free to give them a wave as you make your way to the end of the road to your destination. Due to the proximity of the water and the layout of the home, this listing is not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
