About the Property Peaceful, Quiet, and Relaxing waterfront property on Pine River Pond awaits. Step out of the house for your morning coffee on the deck with uninterrupted views of the lake. Tucked away in a secluded wooded cove, just around the bend from the 570 acre main lake. Enjoy all the lake has to offer; Boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, tie your boat up at the sand bar and relax, or let the kids enjoy the rope swing. Pine River Pond has it all in one beautiful location! The space The House Perfect getaway on 154 feet of waterfront on Pine River Pond in the Penniman Basin. Cottage is a very well utilized 800 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. French doors open up to a private waterfront deck. Master Bedroom downstairs includes a brand new queen bed and dresser for your clothing. Upstairs is a loft style with two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 upstairs includes a Full bed and Twin bed. Bedroom 3 upstairs includes two twin sized bunkbeds as well as small dressers for children's clothes . Full bath on first floor with bath towels included, full kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking and grilling utensils. There is a medium sized washer/dryer for smaller loads of laundry during your stay, mud room, living room includes the pull out sofa as well as a banquette table to eat breakfast or dinner, and free WIFI is included with your stay! Rowboat, 2 Paddleboards, 5 adult, and 2 kids kayaks are provided with your rental. Lifejackets are included . The 25 ft L-shaped dock can be used to fish off, relax and lay on in the sun, or tie your water toys too. Outdoor grill, hammock, and firepit facing the lake for your use. Cornhole and ladderball included as well as cards and board games inside. Fire wood is provided with your rental!! Boat launch on property if you want to bring your own boat or jet skis!! Please ask questions with regards to the size of the boat, as there is a large culvert which you will need to go through in order to access the main portion of the lake. (Culvert is roughly 10 feet wide and 25-30 feet long) Up to 8 ft. wide boats will fit through the culvert easily. Jet skis, kayaks, canoes, fishing boats, and medium size speedboats will fit without any trouble. The culvert is not high enough to fit pontoon boats. Please see pictures to get a thorough understanding of the culvert or feel free to ask questions. Parking 5+ vehicles with electronic entry into the cottage. Common use items – There is some refrigerated items as well as Dry/canned foods, condiments, dressings, etc. Those are common use items but we would appreciate if you replace anything you used. Paper towels, coffee filters are included in the rental. Guest access The garage will be locked and unavailable for use, the jet skis are not for use but the rest of the property can be used.
