Cosy 2 bedroom caravan with outstanding views

Set within our 4 acre holding, the caravan is positioned just behind our stables which provides privacy and good access to free parking. We are 10 minutes drive from the popular towns of Caernarfon and Llanberis making the caravan an ideal base for exploring the coast and mountains and only 25 munutes from Zip World in Bethesda. With a sea view across meadows and open countryside you can then spend the evenings relaxing and watching the sun set. The space The propoerty is a static caravan which was updated in 2022 to provide a cosy, private space for guests to stay. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin. The beds in the twin room are smaller than normal, ideal for older children or small adults. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and living room area and a shower room with toilet and sink. Outside there is a garden with picnic table and bench where you can enjoy stunning views of the Menai Straits over to Anglesy and the Irish sea, on a clear day you can even see the Wicklow Hills. There is free parking just outside the gate to the caravan. Guest access Guests are able to park next to the caravan and have access to the caravan and a small garden around the caravan. Other things to note This accomodation is a static caravan and is not suited to people with limited mobility. The re is steps up to the door and no hand rails or other mobility support equipment within the caravan. As a caravan it is also can be harder to keep warm than a standard house. It has a gas heater and a mobile electric heater but neither should be kept on over night or when guests are out for safety. Therefore it can get cold over night in early spring and autumn. The double bed has an electric blanket.
