The entrance has a front door porch entrance with a glass double door into the apartment. There is a storage room, cloak room for golf bags/boots/cases. There is 1 flight of stairs to a small landing the next flight leads you to the shower room and seperate toilet. A small further set of stairs leads you into the main living area. There is a lounge room, kitchen, dining area and bedroom 1 on this floor. The next set of stairs leads to the bathroom/toilet. a further set of stairs leads you to the next 3 bedrooms. There is a back door with steep stairs that lead down to the back patio with a outdoor table and chairs. This area is for your use only. The owners flat is at this level and the garden is for their use so you may bump into them! Guest access Back patio with small outdoor table and chairs.
